Will I recieve my order in old packaging or the new look?

Growing pains are a part of change. As our new look rolls out over the next few months, you may receive items in the original packaging. We appreciate your patience as we work to complete this transition. Regardless of the packaging, it’s what’s inside that counts.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Most of our packaging is made from paper, plastic and glass that can be recycled.

What is the Proposition 65 Warning on some of your products?

The California Prop 65 law is explained in more detail California is the only place in the world that requires these warnings. Neither any other state nor the federal government require any similar kinds of warnings.

Do your products contain allergens?

If any of our products contain any of the following allergens, the allergen will be disclosed on the label:

Wheat, Crustacean shellfish (e.g. shrimp, crab, lobster) Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Milk, Tree nuts (e.g. almonds, pecans, walnuts), and Soybeans

We follow all cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards to avoid any risk of cross-contamination.

Where are ingredients sourced?

We source the finest ingredients and raw materials from around the world including China to create our unique formulations. A certificate of analysis from each supplier is required to guarantee product quality; then, we test and re-test at our own state-of-the-art laboratory before any material is deemed good enough.

Are your products Non-GMO Project Verified?

Many of our raw materials are certified Non-GMO and we list those ingredients on our labels. We follow strict testing procedures when one of our ingredients may have come into contact with or have a known GMO ingredient.

Should I expect some variation in products?

Yes, natural variation of color, texture, and smell is not uncommon in many of our products.

How should products be taken?

Our formulators and legal team spend great deal of time and care in creating the directions and warnings on our labels as well as meeting label claims and FDA regulations—check each label for instructions.

What is the dosage of proprietary blends?

We list for you the total milligram amount of all the ingredients combined but are unable to share the exact amount of each individual ingredient in proprietary formulas.

What if a product I enjoy has been discontinued?

When will an out of stock product become available?
